Today I want to talk about another product from Pupa Milano, which is from the Pupa Princess Limited Collection. I know I am probably late and there is a slight chance you will find these available any-more, but I thought of still reviewing this mascara. Even-though it might not be available in this colour there are many other colours available to this day.
I have to admit that I I have a love and hate relationship with this mascara, I do love its gold metallic and chic packaging (reminds me of vintage casings), and also it’s fluffy brush, however I am not in love with this colour. Being that I have dark lashes and dark eyes, this colour doesn’t look good on me, it either has to be a very bright colour or else a dark black. But this would look great on someone with blonde lashes or anyone with beautiful light green or blue eyes.
Unfortunately my eyes and lashes cannot truly give justice to this mascara as it just not made for me. I would truly love to try it on someone that has a porcelain complexion, the result would be fairly different. The formula is pretty good as the other Vamp mascara’s, it gives a nice volume to the lashes even though the colour doesn’t transfer well on mine.
- Beautiful gold metallic packaging, very vintage
- The brush is pretty good
- The formula gives a pretty decent volume
- Minimum smudging or fall outs
- Good price value, as it retails €13.95, similar pricing to other drugstore brands.
- Not suitable for someone with dark lashes and eyes
- The formula can be a little dry for someone’s tastes, but it helps to avoid any smudging.
Will I ever buy this product again? Not sure, might purchase it if I ever need to create something on my future clients.
Do I recommend it? If you have a fair complexion, you should definitely give it a try.
