Hello Guys,

I do hope you had a fun weekend that made Monday less tough to wake-up to. Yesterday, after a lot of nagging from my boyfriend we went to the Artisan Market in Fort St.Elmo, and I enjoyed it. Not that I don’t usually like Markets, but most of time there are the same things I’ve already seen over and over again. However this time it was different as new entrepreneurs are coming with creative ideas.

The first set-up which struck me the most is the Undressed brand, which consists of artisan sugar scrubs using natural ingredients for hand and body. I really liked their initiative of having people try their products right there and then. Cause when you get to try a product, and you test it out, if it’s right, it will win you over.

Their products definitely won me over, especially their Oatmeal and Coconut Scrub which I shall review in another post. They have a variety of scrubs and all are used for different reasons. Some to treat certain issues and other to relax and stimulate your body. I do suggest that you visit and like their facebook and keep yourself updated with their products.

Another set-up which I particularly loved, was the Patches and Bonnets Vintage inspired Jewelry. The style of Jewelry is a mixture of Victorian with a touch of modern patterns and cartoon imagery. I really loved the cute little books, and floral patterns and all the other tins trinkets she manages to come up with. All of which is handmade using both new and recycled material. I also got myself a cute necklace and some funky earrings which are ideal for a casual night out.

You shall find more information on where to find these cute pieces of handmade jewelry on the her facebook page.

Show some love to Maltese talent and check them out. In the meantime here’s what this curvy blogger was wearing for a Saturday night out. 😀

Bumble Bee – Artistic Make-Up look

Hello dears,

It has been a while since I posted a make-up look, and it’s not because I didn’t create anything new, it is because I have become lazy with taking photos and editing hehe. But I finally managed to get some work done in order to show you what I have been up to. Before I start talking about this look I would like to wish you all a Happy Easter :).

About a month ago or so in Malta we had the Carnival, it is widely celebrated here in Malta and everyone loves dressing up and be someone or something which they cannot actually be in real life. Even-though I love dressing up, I didn’t manage to do it this year however I loved helping my nieces look awesome on these celebrations.

A look I wanted to show you is what I did on my niece Samira, she wore this cute bumble bee costume and she wanted me to do her make-up. (All this yellow remind me that it’s Easter hehe) Well being that she is just a child, I wanted to create something fun and artistic. I used mainly yellow eyeshadow then black liner and shadow to create a fur like effect.  This furr like effect I used it on her brows, on the crease and even on her cheeks.  Finally I applied a tiny bit of blusher and some glossy lips gloss.

Overall I am really please with this look, I think she looked great and the make-up went on really well with her costume. This could be a great idea for you to try if you have costume party or on your next Halloween.

I hope you enjoyed this post, and thank you for stopping by :). Show some love by liking my facebook page and following my blog trough e-mail, blog lovin or instagram

Blue Moon – Make-up look

Hey guys,

I am always trying my best to come up with great make up look for you guys. If you want me to do a particular look and maybe give you step by step instructions to how you should do it, just comment down below :). I am always looking for something new to try, I love to challenge myself in make-up.

Blue1

Blue moon is basically a blue based make-up look with a twist. I love mixing colours in order to create something out of the ordinary but that it still looks beautiful on the eyes. I have to admit it is getting harder to name my looks, but thanks to my awesome friends they help me come up with these creative names :).

A blue moon is usually used to describe a second full moon in a single solar calendar month, which happens every two to three years (seven times in the Metonic cycle of 19 years)

Blue4

  1. I always start with a white of beige base colour but this time I used the e.l.f eye transformers the yellow tone colour.
  2. On the inner corner of my eye I applied a purple/blueish colour, before applying the mustard colour.
  3. Further on I blended the purple with a turquoise colour and then I used a dark brown colour on the crease with some navy blue.
  4. I also used a tint of black on the crease and of course the mustard yellow colour on the inner corner of the eyes.
  5. Finally I applied my favorite winged liner and some mascara. For the lips I used the Mua lip boom (very similar to viva glam nicky) and for the cheeks elf baked bronzer and mac sheertone blusher.

Well I hope you like this look guys, if you do I would appreciate a like or comment down below. Thank you for following and keep posted for more
