Rabbit Club Malta-Calender Photoshoot

Hello guys,

Last week I was begged to help as a Make-Up artists for the Rabbit Calendar photo-shoot. Of course I didn’t do any make-up on the Rabbits themselves ūüėõ but I did however do Make-Up on two beautiful women named Svetlana and Miriam. Being that today is mothers day I felt it appropriate to post the photos today being that they are¬†mother and daughter. I was very pleased to do their make-up not only because I love what I do but because they appreciated my work and gave me a lot of positive remarks.

I wish to wish all the Mothers out there a Happy Mothers day, may your daily sacrificed be appreciated and celeberated :D.

Now as for the photo-shoot, the Rabbit Club do an annual Calender shoot were they exhibit their beautiful rabbits which natural gorgeous models. I was asked by the Rabbit club committee to do a very natural make-up look, however being that it’s spring and almost summer I wanted to give that vibe by adding a bit of colour onto the lips. The final photos with the rabbits will be posted at the end of this year however in the meantime I have some beauty shots for the Make-Up I did.

Svetlana

Having beautiful facial feuturs and big eyes to work on I decided to make it a bit heavier than most common natural make-up because on camera it would barely show she has make-up on. I still used natural bronze colours on the eyes, using gold and brown shadows and a thin eyeliner. Then I applied a nice pink shade on the lips. This is not a natural look for an evening out but it is when it is for a photoshoot. I have tested make-up on camera and have learned a lot along the way.

Miriam

Before I explain the look, Miriam is on her 50’s and she is simply stunning for her age. I truly wish I look as good as she does at her age. ¬†Make up on a more mature women should be as lighter as possible, using lighter foundation and lighter colours. When you apply heavy a darker shade of foundation or eye-shadows on a mature women, it might make her look older than she is, and we definitely don’t want that. I used similar colours as Svetlana but made sure to use less product. Finally being that Miriam has beautiful pouty lips I applied a nice light pink shade and Voilaa.

Wedding Make-Up Look

Before I start explaining this look, I want to apologize for the low quality of the pictures taken. At the moment I am camera-less and I am using my phone, so the quality is not as good. I just ordered a decent digital camera to use in the meantime, as I honestly cannot afford to by a professional SLR camera at the moment. But I am hopeful the quality of the pictures will improve.

Let’s talk about the look, so yeah IT’S WEDDING SEASON. I really get excited during this time, as I get to see what brides get to wear on their wedding day. The look that I created, is what I think would look good on any bride. It’s a very simple make up look, suitable especially for that bride which is not use to wearing a lot of make-up, but would still like to look good for their wedding day.

Bridal Tips:

I see a lot of mistakes in make-up that many make-up artists do on a bride. 1 Never put have make-up on the bride, no matter who’s the client, you have to make them a better version of themselves not transform them into someone else. ¬†2 Never follow the trends, red lips are very much in vogue right now, however they don’t look good on everyone especially on someone with small lips. Also what looks good now, might not look good 20 years from now, so make sure your make-up is timeless.

1

Instuctions:

  • For this look always start with a very good eye primer, you want your make up to stay put as long as possible.
  • After that I start by applying a matte white colour on the brow bone and into the inner corner of the eye.
  • To add to the white I like to use a shimmery beige colour on the white and follow with a gold and peach tone on the middle of the lid.
  • I like to use a frosty brown colour on the outer lid and onto the crease, finishing of with a tint of black colour and blend it all out with a unused brush.
  • Apply a nice sleek eyeliner, make sure it’s not to thin and not to thick and build up the lashes with some mascara. I do suggest individual fake lashes to go with this look.
  • Finally I apply some pink/red blush to create healthy rosy cheeks and very natural lipstick.
  • If you want some color on the lips go for some pink shades. I find it ideal.

HAUL -Make Up Revolution – First Impressions :D

When Make-Up Revolution was buzzed about a while ago, and I gave in to temptation and bought myself some their products. There was quite a hype going on recently about their products, being that they are shockingly cheap and of great quality. When I browsed through their website, I really didn’t know what I should get. I have seen some reviews to which seemingly none had anything bad to say about them, which made my shopping list more difficult to narrow down.

I would also like the mention the shipping is pretty fast for Malta; I ordered the make-up on a Friday and received the next Tuesday here. Well done Make-up revolution :D.

Haul1

So here is the list of products I got:

Haul2

AMAZING LIPSTICK IN BLACK HEART |REBEL WITH CAUSE |DEPRAVED |LADY CRIME |FELONY | THE ONE| NUDE :

I simply love these lipsticks, they cost just ¬£1 and are quite pigmented for such a ridiculous cheap price. ¬†They come in a cute black packaging with the colour of the lipstick on top. I got quite a mixture of colours, from Nude to bright and shocking ones. The creamy lipsticks stay on for about 3 to 4hrs before having the need to reapply, while the matte ones always last longer. ¬†As I’ve expected the packaging can be quite flimsy, however I am not bothered at all, it just ¬£1 after all.

Haul3

EYE DUST PURE PIGMENTS IN LEVITY  | SHAMEFUL|  FROLIC| HYSTERIA | ANTIC | STARLESS

I had a photo-shoot where I needed to use some pigments and I was surprised to find a whole range of them. They are pretty small, you have about 1.5g but they cost only £1. Yet they are super pigmented and look divine once swatched. I do intend to buy more of them eventually.

Haul4

COLOUR CHAOS EYESHADOW PALETTE:

Being that bright and shocking colours are not usually found in a palette, I was craving for some colour chaos. I’m in love with this palette, not only does it contain some beautiful bright and bold shadows, but all of them look the same on the skin as it doesn in the palette. I love the sleek black packaging which is surprisingly very sturdy and does not look like a ¬£6 palette would usually have.

Haul5

BLUSH & CONTOUR PALETTE IN HOT SPICE  AND SUGAR AND SPICE:

These palettes are a must have, they are very pigmented, little goes a long way and you have every thing you need to highlight and contour your cheek bones. Each palette contains two highlighers, a couple of medium shades and darker bronzing shades. The Hot spice palette is more on the peachy side, while the Sugar and Spic is more on the pink and red tones. The packaging is sleep as the Eyeshadow palettes and they only cost £6 each. Simply amazing.

Haul6

ULTRA FACE BASE PRIMER:

This primer remind me of the Make Up Academy primer, it’s silicone based and it helps with the application of the foundation. I think it’s a pretty decent primer to use for everyday. I don’t think it lasts for 24hrs, it was to ambitious for Make up Revolution to say such a thing.

THE ONE FOUNDATION:

This was a bit of disappointment, I mean you cannot expect much for ¬†¬£4 foundation but it ridiculously small and it comes in a liquid form which feels more like oily water than a foundation. Not to mentions that the packaging is like a very bad dupe for MAC face and body foundation. I hope they come up with a better foundation, it doesn’t have to be ¬£4 , ¬£6 ¬†would be just fine and hopefully with a good medium coverage this time

Haul7

PRO HYGIENE ANTIBACTERIAL BRUSH CLEANER:

This is my absolute favorite brush cleaner so far , it contains a generous 200ml and it costs only £5. I use it to give a nice clean to my powder brushes and it does the job very well. The only misfortune is that it arrived with a broken cap, other than that I simply cannot complain.

LIQUID EYELINER IN WATERPROOF AND ULTRA BLACK:

The eyeliners are my fav of all the products, this might sound crazy but I have been on the lookout for a good eyeliner for a while  which is not The NYX curve liner. Even though I love my NYX liner, it’s not so cheap and it lasts me for about a month or so, being that I use it a lot on myself and clients. So I was in need of a cheaper and good option, and I finally did both the liquid and pen are amazing, they last for a long time and they only vost £1.50.

BRONZER – BRONZED:

This is a lovely dark bronzer, applies heavinly and it is very pigmented, so don’t be hero and brush a lot of product unless you want to look like a Oomp Loompa :D.

So is the whole lot, Phew that was tiring ūüėõ , I do have another haul from Make-Up revolution which I should probably start preparing for you guys. I got some really great products, which I highly recommend except the foundation.¬†Let me know what you think about ¬†Make Up Revolution, especially if you tried them yourself. I love reading your comments.

XOXO

KIKO Make Up Milano – Haul from Italy

Good Morning Everyone :),

Today I want to show you my biggest Haul of Kiko Milano from Italy. On the 3rd Day after I visited the beautiful Venice we went to Mestre a small city very close to Venice and the best place for shopping. We went to the biggest shopping complex I’ve ever seen called Auchan, where you find everything that comes to mind. It has a huge supermarket, various outlets for clothes, accessories, gadgets, chocolate stores and of course Make-up.

2015-01-05 13.41.32

Being that in Malta we do not have the brand Kiko Milano, I went to their big store and got myself some goodies. I’ve always heart very good remarks about the brand so I really want to get my hands on them.

IMG-20141231-WA0005

IMG-20141231-WA0003

So here are the Products :

1

¬†SKIN EVOLUTION FOUNDATION IN 103 NATURAL ROSE :¬†It’s a pretty good foundation with Medium coverage. It blends perfectly and it covers pretty well small imperfections. It is ideal for summer as it’s not too heavy or cakey.

COMPACT MINERAL POWDER IN 104: This powder applies heavenly onto the skin as it is very soft. However the colour changes to a darder shade one applies, so make sure you get a lighter shade.

COLOR FEVER EYESHADOW PALETTE 101: I am simply in love with this palette, It contains 4 beautiful shadows, a beige cold tone, a baby pink, a plum colour and a  darker plum-brown shadow. The shadows are very pigmented and soft, as I swatched the colours it felt like touching a pillow.

VOLUME EYES+ ACTIVE MASCARA: I think its a decent mascara to use for everyday and I simply love the brush as it is idea to even coverethe small lashes on the inner corner of the eyes. For some reason I am not to excited about it, but  I need to give it some time to test it out further.

PRECISION EYELINER : Now this is one hell of a good eyeliner, I simply love it. It dries matte and it stay on for quite a long time. My new favourite liner so far.

LIMITED EDITION ROCK ATTRACTION BLUSH IN CROSSROAD PINK 03: I quite like this blusher, it is very pigmented so little goes a long way and its a lovely bright Pink colour. I haven’t worn it much this winter but I do intend to wear it in Summer. Now to mentions it cute “Jeans” packaging and sleek design.

HANDS AND LIPS WINTER BALM : Due to the cold weather in Italy I deperately needed a hand cream and some lipbalm, and now I have two of those in one. I simply loved the idea of including them in 1 packaging, it is really hand when travelling. Last but not least the lotions and balm have repaired my dry hands and lips. A very good buy Indeed.

HYDRATING MOUSSE: I haven’t tested this product much¬†in the last few months, but once I do, I intend to give a full review. However I do think it’s ideal to have when your face get really dry due to cold weather. It refreshes and moisturizes the skin from the dryness one can encounter in very cold days

NAIL CARE, STRONG NAILS, INSTANT HARDENING BASE COAT: Recently my nails were quite a mess, some were chipping and others were breaking, so I neededa good harner. It’s hard to test out a base coat unless you wear it constantly, so I cannot say if its a good base coat but I do plan to test it out for a couple of weeks and maybe then I can give you my opinion.

DENIM NAIL LAQUER IN 464 AND 463: These I absolutely love already, they have a matte “denim” finish and dry very easily. They also have a good longevity as they started chipping after a week or so. I highly recommend.

Well I hope you like my Medium sized Haul :D, I will try to test them out as much as I can and post a  detailed review for you guys. Deeply sorry if I am not posting as much as I am used to, however I am doing my best to be active as much as before. I am also dong my best to improve the blog and make it more user friendly.

Wish you all a Happy Weekend

M.A.C Mini Haul from Italy

Hello beauties,

Yes I am finally back, my life has become so busy in the last few months that I barely have time to myself, imagine writing on this blog. But recently I started to miss it and I wish to start posting again. Being that I have quite a hectic lifestyle with a full time job, singing rehearsals, and spending time with my loving new bf, little time is spent for blogging. I am still the same girl, obsessed with anything beauty and make-up and I wish to show you my latest buys.

MMH5

In the December I went to Italy for a week with my besties, we stayed in Treviso and visited some of the most beautiful cities, Venice, Mestre, Padova and Verona. When we went to Verona the city of Romeo and Juliet, love was definitely in the air as I encountered a small M.A.C store. Being that I was on a tight budget I bought what I have been craving to have for a long time, MORE LIPSTICKS :D.

MMH2

So I got another Creme Cup because the one I have has been used quite a lot, not only for myself but even my clients. It is a beautiful light pink shade which is perfect for a Wedding look and even when you have smokey eyes.  Have a look at the review about this gorgeous lipstick.

Another beautiful lipstick which caught my eye immediately is All fired up from the Retro Matte range, a beautiful pink toned red shade that stays on forever. The pigmentation is divine and the colour is the die for. It is very similar to the ruby woo, when it comes to longevity and pigmentation. It just varies in colour. Review for Ruby woo.

The third lipstick I got is the beautiful Violetta, from the Amplified Creme range. Violetta is a beautiful bold violet lipstick with a creamy texture. Like all the other creamy lipsticks they glide easily on the lips, doesn’t dry the lips or cause lips to chap. I am very happy I got this gorgeous lipstick.

Last but not least, being that I love bold colours i got myself a Rebel. A lovely plum colour with purple undertones, also from the Amplified Creme range. This is such a daring yet sexy colour which looks good on anyone with pouty big lips. It definitely deserved a Selfie :P.

MMH1

ALL FIRED UP. VIOLETTA, REBEL, CREMECUP

Apart from these gorgeous lipsticks, I thought I’d buy myself a new shade of blusher. Being that I already have the¬†DollyMix and Breezy, which are on the pink and red tones, I thought of choosing something different. So I got the Sheertone Blush, Breath of Plum, very suitable for winter and for anyone with a light skintone. It applies very naturally to the skin, and it has a very light and soft formula. I do highly recommend it,and any of their blushers as they are long lasting, I bought my first blusher about 2 or 3 years ago and it’s still pretty full. Good value for money, that’s for sure.

MMH3MMH4

Well I hope you liked my Mini M.A.C haul, I shall start posting new short reviews about product I got recently and hopefully some new Make-up looks.

Much love

Christmas 2014 – Make-Up Look

Hello dear readers,

A while ago before Christmas I did this make- up look for you guys, but due to some technical issue, I couldn’t post it, neither on my blog nor on Facebook. Thankfully the issue is solved now, but unfortunately it made me post this look a bit later.

Before I start describing the look, I do hope you had a lovely Christmas with your loved ones and fabulous start to the New Year. I spent Xmas eve with my best friends, and Xmas day with my crazy family. While NYE was spent with friends once again but in another beautiful country, that of Italy. It was truly a lovely start to the New Year, even-though I wished there were a couple of people with me in Italy, which I truly love and care about, yet I carried them in my heart.

I want to take this moment, to thank all of you which have been following my blog and my work, and have believed in my talent, as a make-up artist and blogger. Always keep in mind, I am still learning and improving and would appreciate your feedback in everything I do.

1

Instructions:

  • The look is quite simple because I haven’t used a variation of colours per se. The eyes are a mixture of light to dark brown colours while for the lips I chosea nice blood-red colour with a tint of purple. I felt that in 2014 we have truly evolved when it comes to wearing bright and bold lipsticks, from Lorde to Beyonce, this was the year where we pushed the extremes with make-up.
  • The blush is a soft red colour mixed with a bit of bronzer to highlight cheek bones.

2

 Products:

  • NYX box of eyeshadows
  • Revlon eyeliner
  • Maybelline Mascara
  • Pupa Milano Autumn Collection -Paris Experience- 002
  • MAC Breeze blusher
  • Make Up Revolution – Bronzer

3

Even-though Christmas has passed this look is pretty much wearable this winter, so feel free to have a try at this look and please tag me on instagram or facebook if you did so :).

Lost of love

Pupa Milano – Viva Carioca Summer Collection – Long Lasting Eyeliner

Pupa Milano always keep surprising me with their season collections and their summer collection is no exception. Being that world cup was held in Brazil, it had to be inspired by its traditions and tropical colours. The collection is called Viva Carioca and it consists of some colourful Vamp, Duo eye-shadow, chubby glosses, like a doll luminys blushers, lasting colour gel duo and long lasting eyeliner.

If I could have the entire collection, believe me I would be a happy girl. The colours are simply beautiful, tropical, bold but still very feminine. I’ve been lucky enough to get a sample of the Long lasting Eyeliner in 004 Electric Green. Now something I want to mention before I continue with my review is that even though I got this product for free, my opinions about the product is solely mine. I am very honest in my reviews, so if I don‚Äôt like a product I am not going to lie and say how much I love it.

LONG LASTING EYELINER - Eyeliner Lunga Tenuta

So back to the eyeliner, something which I loved instantly as I swatched it on my hand, is the high pigmentation of the colour. Other than that I was impressed by how long it lasted on me, it took me a while to remove as well. Something I am not too fond of is the shimmery particles, I would have preferred if it was just a strong simple colour without the shimmer.

MS1

With regards to the packaging, being that I don’t have the actual one I truly cannot comment on that, however I do like the soft felt tip of the brush. These type of brushes are my favourite, because you can apply the liner pretty well and easily.

Apart from all that, all of their products are low risk of allergies, ophthalmologist tested, paraben and fragrance free.  If green is not your colour there a another 3 colours the 001 Flashes bronzer,002 Exotic Purple, and 003 Parrot blue

MS2

Pros:

·         Great pigmentation

·         Long lasting

·         Nice brush, easy application

·         Low risk of allergies, ophthalmologist tested, paraben and fragrance free
Cons:

  • Not too fond of the shimmer particles, I could do without them

Will I ever buy this product again? I might, I always wanted to try coloured eyeliners and now that I have I am thinking of getting more.

Do I recommend it? For sure, It is very pigmented for a coloured eyeliner, and very long lasting, so give it a shot. But if you don’t like shimmer eyeliners then go for something else.

Rating:4/5

Let me know if you tried their new collection out, love to get your opinion. The Pupa Viva Carioca Collection is found in most Pharmacies around Malta and Gozo.

MAC – Cremesheen – Creme cup lipstick

Being a make-up artist, it is vital to have the basic coloured lipstick. I was in the search for a beautiful nude colour to use on clients especially for brides, and as I saw the Creme cup lipstick by MAC I knew I had to have it. When it comes to lipstick, I think no one beats MAC they last for a long time and have simply beautiful pigmentation. I have to admit that the matte lipsticks last longer than the Cremesheen but then again the cremesheen aren’t so bad themselves.

C1

The only factor which makes the sheen ones better than the Matte lipsticks is that they are creamy and feel really nice on the lips. While the matte ones can be a bit to dry. The colour is a pinkish nude colour which is why looks pretty nice on anyone with light skin. If you have a medium or dark skin colour I would opt for other colours, however on most Mediterranean skin it worked just fine.

C2

Overall I think this is a must have, I used it mostly on myself if I am doing a Smokey eye look, or else if I’m wearing an overall natural make up look.

Pros:

  • Beautiful sleek black packaging as all other MAC lipsticks
  • Creamy texture
  • Long lasting between 4 to 5 hours
  • Worth every penny

Cons:

  • The only con I can think of is that it might be a bit pricy for some people but it‚Äôs truly worth every penny. So there isn‚Äôt any negative really.

C3

Well I hope you liked the review, let me know what you think about the products. Show some love by liking and sharing my page

Malta Fashion Awards 2014

This has been one of the best Malta Fashion Weeks in history. I am glad that even though I didn’t get to be involved¬†as much as I should have (partly being my fault), I still got to enjoy some of the most beautiful Maltese designs in one night, at the Awards show.

I was really unsure if to apply for the media pass or not, and when I decided to give it a go, it was too late. However after a great show last night, I am truly excited for the year to come.

The show was professionally executed,  and it was nice seeing such a high level standard of models, make-up artists and hairstylist which did a great job throughout the whole show. Some of the designs I have seen are worth international recognition and in the end I felt proud of what Malta has to offer.  Throughout the show their were various shows from renowned designers like Caroline Hili, Charles and Ron and Gagliardi to new designers and various hair stylist.

Being and Art and Design student myself, I was so Happy to see a lot of new Designers and Photographers that were either my class mates or in the same institute as I was. One of which was Rosemarie Abela which won best new designer with her Japanese inspired collection.  I also loved seeing new names in the Make-up world to which the Award went to Mateja Camilleri.  Apart from that I was happy to see a blogger fashion award to whom it went for the fashionista Daniel Azzoppardi.  There were of course other important awards to various male and female models, however being  a Make-up artist, beauty blogger and fashion lover, those are the awards which have definitely struck a cord.

Here are some images of the designs which I particularly liked throughout the show. There were many beautiful designs so I will not fit them all, however here are some: Photography by Fritz Photography Malta.

Well I hope you enjoyed this post, later on today or tomorrow I will post the Make-up look I did for the Awards show and what I wore.

XOXO

MET GALA 2014- Worst dressed

Unfortunately with every good there is also the bad, and there has been some bad dressing going on at the MET Gala event. You lovely readers seem to love these segments, mostly¬†because of my sarcastic honesty. If you wish to see the best dressed kindly go on the following link ūüôā

http://sarahjanevella.com/met-gala-best-dressed/

So let’s give it up for the worst dressed of the night :

Kate Upton

Kate is a supermodel, known for her slim body but curvaceous chest that every woman would die for, like seriously die for. If I had her body I would wear a beautiful figure hugging dress that any designer could possibly design come up with, and not this gypsy looking dress. What made this dress even-more unflattering was the flowers on her head, like seriously? If I could redesign the dress I would make the sleeve into straps and instead of the corset have a nice black belt to show of the waist. Finally I would have removed those hideous flowers and left it simple with that nice up-style.

Strike a pose: Kate Upton's current UK Vogue cover is world's away from the less-than-desirable Dolce and Gabbana outfit she wore to the MET Ball on Monday night

Rita Ora

Well I am not much of a fan of her style in general, so to be honest I wasn’t expecting much from her. ¬†Basically the shoes and the dress don’t go together. This is not a Hercules or Xena TV episode, this is the MET GALA , so please dress appropriately Rita. The dress by Donna Karan would have¬†looked¬†nice if she wore some nice sandals or shoes, it would have balanced the outfit and the result would have looked pleasant. A last simple suggestion, if the colors match it, it doesn’t mean they can go together.

Ticking all the boxes: If Rita's beau Calvin Harris is pleased at her plunging neckline and daring skirt split, he's possibly the only fan

Katie Holmes

I think this Marchesa dress speaks for itself. What were you thinking Katie? Are you looking for the Beast ? cause you definately look like a bad version of ¬†Belle. ¬†For once, it¬†is definately a size to¬†big for¬†her which is why it looks like it’s falling off her small body. The style and cut of the dress is just wrong for Katie’s petite frame. Sorry Kate, you need to look at yourself twice in the mirror next time.

At least she ditched The Beast! Katie Holmes' attempt to be the Belle of the Met Gala, in Disney-style yellow Marchesa, falls flat

Kristen Dunst

Ok I am all for being a Star Wars fan but there is a limit to everything. Dunst wore this ugliest dress by Rodarte, for which I have no idea what she was trying to pull off to be utterly honest. It looks like a child’s project which entails having to design a dress that¬†revolves around stars and the universe. It looks¬†very cheap because of the variation of black fabrics and the fabrics themselves. Kirsten you should have done a better choice.

Out Of This World: Kirsten Dunst chose an odd event to promote the new Star Wars film at, as her Rodarte dress featured the Death Star from Return Of The Jedi

Shailene Woodley

Another Rodarte fail, were all the good designs taken ? or are these celebrities out of there mind? This dress looks cheap and what would have Pocahontas wore for her wedding day. ¬†The top part doesn’t really go with the bottom part and it’s simply hideous and does nothing for the beauty Shailene is. Pity

Lena Dunham

This dess by Giambattista Valli is simply beautiful, but not on Dunham. This Girl seriously has not idea what looks good on her body, I truly want to help this girl out, because she has no idea how to flatter her body.

No no no! Lena Dunham gets it oh so wrong in her Giambattista Valli strapless silk dress

Kristen Steward

I think her expression says it all, she is like saying “erm, they made me wear this dress, I didn’t want to be here in the first place, but yeah you know, i’m here”. ¬†The dress wouldn’t have been an utterly failure if she had a confident attitude and if the bottom sheer part was cut off and the skirt just a little bit longer.

Fashion fail! Kristen Stewart looked uncomfortable in this Chanel gown

Maggie Gyllenhaal

I don’t remember Valentino designing this ugly dress, but I guess they did. This is not the 80’s, so please let’s move forward, Thanks

What were they thinking? Both Maggie Gyllenhaal and Zoe Saldana's outfits fell flat as they did the walk of fashion shame at the Met Gala on Monday

Lilly Allen

Recently I am loving what she is wearing on the red carpet but this was definitely not one of them. This Chanel Couture dress does nothing to extenuate her body, it is simply boring. Such a pity being that Lily Allen is definitely not boring. Take me dress shopping next time Lilly, you will definitely look flawless with my help :D.

Keeping it quirky: Lily Allen went overboard with frills while Chloe Sevigny's pop of bright lime colour to her ensemble fell flat

Lupita Nyongo

I seriously love this woman and she has done great so far when it comes to fashion, but this was a disaster. It looks like a costume taken from the Great Gatsby and not in a good way. What were you thinking girl, next time don’t follow the theme and just wear ¬†a beautiful long dress.

"Charles James: Beyond Fashion" Costume Institute Gala - Arrivals

So that is all for the worst dressed, there were a couple of more ugly dresses at the MET Gala but I wouldn’t want to bore you, but¬†these were definitely the highlight of the night (in a bad way unfortunately).

I hope you liked this segments, let me know what you think

XOXO
