Pink Valentine – Make-up look

Hello guys,

Sorry for being MIA lately, but you seriously think I would forget to post a valentines make-up look? of course not :D. This year I thought Valentines should be a little bit girly so this look came in to mind. It is very simply, however very effective, it is a line between pretty and sexy.

  1. I always start this look with a primer then I move on to a nice white matte shadow under the brows and into the inner corner lid.
  2. Following the white I applied a baby pink colour on the middle of the lid and onto the lower crease.
  3. Finally I applied a nice matte black shadow onto the crease and blended it all out. I also like to use a beige colour to blend out the black shadow with the white used under the brows.
  4. To complete the look I always apply a nice winged lined and mascara.

  • ¬†Two faced eye-shadow primer
  • NYX full shet of eyeshadows box
  • NYX the curve eyeliner
  • Benefit they’re real mascara

Cheeks and Lips:

  1. For the cheeks I felt that a nice pink blush would go perfectly just find, however I like to contour it with some bronzer.
  2. As for the lips, I used this gorgeous pink lipstick, reminds me of a barbie doll.

  • Primark Sunkissed Bronzer
  • MAC Dolly Mix blusher
  • Primark Pink Lipstick which I called Barbie Pink check review.

I simply hope you like this look, feel free to show some love by following my blog through e-mail, facebook and even bloglovin. Would love to know what you think about this look and finally wish you all a Happy Valentines Day ūüėÄ

Morticia meets Corpse Bride – Halloween Make-up Look

Hey guys,

So I thought I’ll show you one last Halloween look I did on my sister. She originally was going for a Morticia Addams look but she really liked my artistic devil look, so she opted for something more artistic. I called this look Morticia meets Corpse Bride because being that my sister has some really big eyes, the way I defined them through make-up reminded me of the corpse bride.

I am not going to explain in detail how I did this look because it will take me a long time. But the images can really help you understand what colours I used and how I did it.

Face Base:

The most important thing for a look like this is to make the face look as pale looking as possible, I used some very light foundation and concealers and also tried to hide the eyebrows so that I can draw on them.

For the eyes I went for a dramatic red smokey eyes very similar to my devil look which you can view here. I used a lot of red on the lid and even under the eyes, it gives the impression that the person is either sick or dead. It is important to contour with some dark black color to give the eyes further depth.¬†On one side of the face I drew a spider web using eyeliner. Unfortunately the result didn’t come as great as I wanted it to be because they liner wasn’t great but it was¬†satisfactory.

For the cheeks I contoured the face with a very dark bronzer, the darker it is the lighter it makes the rest of the face look. I also used the mac breezy which is a reddish blusher.4

For the lips I used a mixture of matte and shimmery red and then I lined the lips with black eye-shadow.

Well I hope you like this make-up look , it was quite fun for me to do. I love doing artistic make-up, I feel like a true artist :). If you love this look please comment down below and feel free to share,

Fraulein 38 – Revitalizing Natural Cover Foundation

Hey guys,

I hope you are having a great Summer so far. I am starting to enjoy this summer and I’m truly loving being able to experiment with vibrant colours and make-up looks. I did a couple of nice looks about a week ago, but I was in such a hurry I didn’t manage to take any photo’s, but will definitely do them again so I can show them to you guys. So keep posted and I promise you guys I will do my best to post as much as I can.

As most of you already know from my previous posts, when I bought my favorite brushes from Fraulein, I thought I should try some of their other products, so I got the eye shadow palette and one of their foundations. The first thing I liked once I open the box is the nice bronze color packaging with the transparent tube. The pump is firm and easy to use and you can control how much product you want to use.

With regards to the foundation itself it gives a nice good coverage which can also be build-able. When I saw the colour on the tube I thought ¬†“danm I must have picked the wrong colour”, it looked so much darker than my skin, but I was wrong, It blended perfectly onto my olive Mediterranean skin. I do find it to be as good as any drugstore brands foundations, and the liquid is quite tick compared to other drugstore brands with makes me quite satisfied. This goes will actually work on all skin types as it dries a little after you apply it, it is more targeted to dry and normal skin but i think even someone with an oily skin can use it but then add some powder over it. I do like how it looks on my skin and it is good for everyday use even on some chillax weekends but wouldn’t use it for a wedding for example.

This is my before an after :

If I remember well is retailed for about 16euros but I got it for 14euros, which is similar to the price of a drugstore brand. However at the moment they have a further reduction on these foundations, so do check it out on their website.

That is all for now guys, thank you for following

My Brushes – Cleaning and care

Hello ladies,

So Today I though I share with you the brushes I own and how I take care of them. I got my first set of Make up brushes about 5 years . My family gave me an 18 pieces set for Christmas because they knew that I love applying make-up ,and they are a must have to every make-upaddict. I have been using them ever since and they are still as good as new. However I might purchase a larger set sometime soon, you can never have enough :P.

I also have a a small 4 brush set I got for free from the Brand Sonya, I use them mostly the blend in my eye-shadow. They have a nice texture and they are very soft. My Favorite brush is the Kabuki brush I got lately from e.l.f it applies very well and it is super soft.

When it comes to cleaning I divide them in 2: The powder and the liquid brushes. The powder brushes I lay them on  some tissue paper and spray them with the e.l.f brush cleaner.

The e.l.f daily brush cleaner, cleans the brushes well however once in a while I like to give them a deep cleaning and for that I wash them in water and Baby¬†Johnson¬†Shampoo. Which is what I do¬†every week¬†with the brushes I use for liquid make up like foundation or concealer. Then I roll them in more tissue until they fully try to keep their natural shape.DSC00615It is very important to take care of your brushes and wash them at least once a week or 2. I have to admit , I really didn’t take much care of my brushes until now but I always made sure they were clean before and after using them on any of my clients.

Well that is it for now. Keep posed for more and thank you for following
